In April 2021, real estate on the Sunshine Coast continues to be in high demand with low inventory resulting in another month of a seller’s market. This has resulted in an increase in demand for housing outside the Vancouver area in communities such as Roberts Creek, Gibsons, and other suburban areas. This incredible increase in final selling price indicates how competitive the current market is in Metro Vancouver and more specifically the Sunshine Coast.
