April 2021 Real Estate Market Statistics Halfmoon Bay, B.C.

April 2021 Real Estate Market Statistics Pender Harbour, B.C.

Recently, as more homeowners are turning to their recreational property for their everyday homes, properties in areas such as Pender Harbour have seen an increase in demand. Homeowners in the Pender Harbour area are lucky enough to be surrounded by the ocean and forest while being located only 30 minutes away from Sechelt, the community on the Sunshine Coast with the largest population. This spring 2021, housing prices in Pender Harbour continue to see a dramatic increase from the previous year.

As we can see, over the past year, the demand for housing outside Vancouver has dramatically affected prices in these suburban communities.
